1-2-1 Open Water Training

This could be to help conquer open water fears, improve confidence, improve strokes or whatever you want from the session, just advise our coach and be sure that it will be suited to your needs. This could be used for parents and children, with our coach giving the adults tips and hints on how to improve their children’s techniques. Perhaps your children are confident and you feel that you are missing out and want to get into the water to share their enjoyment together. Perhaps this could be the catalyst for you and your friends to finally sign up for an open water swimming event and you want to see just where you are in your skills and technique. Swim kit is required and water footwear could be an advantage, (wetsuit shoes or lightweight trainers). Wetsuits are optional. Warm dry clothing and a towel are required for after the session. Please note: you must be able to swim at least 25m. This is a single ‘private’ booking for you/your group only. Only one booking is required per group.
