Belief Coding workshop

Belief coding is a therapeutic approach designed to identify, understand, and transform deeply held beliefs, particularly those that are limiting or negative. It involves recognising these beliefs, assessing the evidence for and against them, and then "re-coding" or replacing them with more positive, empowering beliefs. This process can employ various methods, including cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and other psychological strategies to shift one's mindset and enhance mental well-being.
