Taught in a fun way to help your little rookie stay safe and know what can be done to help, but not putting themselves at risk. Most pools offer the full Rookie programme of skills, so this could ignite a spark for a future lifeguard career and working at events such as Gone Wild. Swim kit is required and a lightweight t-shirt that can get wet. Water footwear is also required, (wetsuit shoes or lightweight trainers). Wetsuits are optional. Warm dry clothing and a towel are required for after the session.
