Norfolk PA Pass Application

We have a PA Pass (Personal Assistant or Companion ticket) available for ticket holders with access needs who meet the below criteria.

If you plan to apply for a PA/Companion Pass, please first purchase the appropriate customer ticket for the individual with access needs. Then please apply for the PA Pass via the form below. Please note if you purchase a family ticket and are then approved for a PA/Companion ticket then we cannot refund the equivalent of one ticket.

You can apply for 1 x PA/Companion pass per valid full priced ticket. The free kids ticket in the ‘kids go free’ offer cannot be used in collaboration with a PA/Companion ticket.

PA/Companion tickets are subject to capacity and the PA/Companion tickets need to be applied for by the 30th June 2025.

Criteria

• Receives middle or higher rate Disability Living Allowance for care and/or mobility – this must be dated within the last 12 months & cover the festival dates
• Receives Personal Independence Payment (PIP)  – this must be dated within the last 12 months & cover the festival dates
• Is registered D/deaf or blind.
• Holds an “Access Card” (also known as a CredAbility Card or Nimbus Card) – and includes +1 on the card.
• Receives Armed Forces Independence Payment or War Disablement Pension
• Where none of the above apply, a specific medical letter by a valid medical professional will be accepted. The evidence must state the additional needs and the support required.

Timelines

Once you have applied for your PA/Companion ticket, the GW team will assess the application and provide an outcome within 7 working days. To prevent delay please make sure you have attached the appropriate evidence.

We reserve the right to refuse an application and will provide a written explanation as to why an application is refused.
