You can check the balance of your gift voucher in your My Gone Wild account. Simply log in using our login details and you will be able to check your balance.

Yes, you can use more than one Gift Voucher for one transaction.

The expiration date of the Gift Voucher is the last day of the festival for the current year. It cannot be used to purchase tickets for the following year’s event/s.

There will be no refunds offered for gift vouchers for any personal scheduling conflicts or any other circumstances.

In the event of event cancellation, the Gift Voucher will roll over to the next year’s event/s – no cash refunds will be provided in the case of event cancellation.

• If you wish to use your gift card to pay for an order, then the gift card balance must be used in full before you can select another payment method.
• Only after the total balance of the gift card is used can the outstanding balance be paid for by another payment method.
• For example; if you are buying a £10 book, and have £10 on your gift card, you cannot pay for the book with £5 from your gift card and £5 from a credit card, but must either use your £10 gift card balance to make the purchase, or use a different means of payment altogether.

No, Gift Vouchers can’t be purchased using the Payment Plan and must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
