We are unable to offer any additional pitches for extra people or other tents/live in vehicles that are in addition to this group.

The accessible campsite has a limited number of pitches available and we take each application into careful consideration. Therefore pitches will be prioritised for customers with mobility needs and their immediate families. We cannot accomodate temporary access needs, such as broken bones, in the accessible campsite.

The campsite is located in close proximty to the main area. The campsite is not designated as a quiet zone, however the accessible team on hand we work to maintain a calm and respectful campsite.

Onsite there is a mixture of hard standing and grass walkways. However the festival is set in parkland and wheelchair users will need to navigate around site on uneven grass/ground at times. Where are the medication fridges? and do I need to apply to use them?

We have medical fridges located in the accessible campsite and the medical area in the main arena. You can present yourself to the accessible team or the medical team and they will be able to log and store medication for you. You will not need to make an application to do this.

Will there be any queue jump system for those with access needs?

No. We don’t offer any fast track queues for activities. We understand that at times there may be queues and our activties tend to be quieter at the beginning and end of the day, so we recommend making the most of these times.

The majority of our activities are access friendly and our providers will make adaptions. Please let the activtiy know on arrival. Some activities will have dedicated access slots for specialist help or ‘quiet hours’, this will be confirmed closer to the festival.

Does the PA pass give access to the VIP Area?

No, the VIP area is a ticketing upgrade and the PA pass does not gain access to this area. If you and your PA/Carer would like to access the VIP area then you will both need to purchase VIP upgrade tickets.
