Yes – we have fridge space located in accessible camping and the medical area. You can present yourself to the accessible team or the medical team and they will be able to log and store medication for you. You will not need to make an application to do this.
There will be a limited number of powered pitches. There will also be 13amp power points available at the accessible campsite hub. However these cannot be reserved and are available on a first come first serve basis. Please include any requests for power in the ‘access facilities’ application form.
Yes, there will be 13amp sockets at the accessible hub which can be used for charging medical devices. These are first come first served and can’t be reserved.
Yes – we offer powered and non-powered live in vehicle pitches in the accessible campsite. Please specify on your ‘access facilities’ application form if you will be bringing a live in vehicle and select the appropriate pitch. Only one live in vehicle per pitch.
If you require a powered pitch then these are charged at £168. Once the accessible campsite request is confirmed you will be sent a link to book your powered pitch.
There is a hoist in the shower unit however you will need to bring your own sling.
Accessible parking is not free of charge and you will still need to purchase a car parking ticket. To apply for the accessible car park please complete the ‘access facilities’ form.
More informationCustomers wishing to make use of the accessible campsite may be accompanied by their immediate group. If we feel the group size is too big to be accommodated in the pitch space then we will communicate this with the booker. We are unable to offer any additional pitches for extra people or other tents/live in vehicles that are in addition to this group.

The accessible campsite has a limited number of pitches available and we take each application into careful consideration. Therefore pitches will be prioritised for customers with mobility needs and their immediate families.
The campsite is located in a position near the main stage and arena so it is not classed as a quiet zone. If you need quieter areas to camp then our general admission camping area may be better suited.

Yes – we will have a dedicated accessible viewing platform in front of the main stage. Due to the limited capacity on the platform, the AVP will be on a first come first served basis and we will only admit the accessible customer plus one additional person. This will be managed by our volunteers and security.
Onsite there is a mixture of hard standing and grass walkways. The festival is set in parkland so wheelchair users will need to navigate around site on uneven grass/ground. Assistance may be needed for some parts and in the event of wet weather it may become harder to get around the site, especially in a non-electric wheelchair.
We don’t offer any fast track queues for activities due to the variety of activities in place and no way to operationally make this fair. We understand that at times there may be queues at activities, and we recommend if you’re up and into the festival early you should be able to miss the worst of them. We are looking for ways to work with our activity providers to make to make the offering accessible where possible and will confirm ahead of the festival any activities offering dedicated slots or options for access customers.
We will be offering the following additional facilities to customers:
– Accessible Parking area, located nearer the festival campsite entrance
– A designated accessible campsite, with accessible toilets, and a accessoloo. Showers will be in close proximity.

Accessible customers who require support through a PA or carer, can apply for a free PA/Carer ticket alongside their full price ticket. Please note this is subject to availability.

Different activities have different durations. Some are quite quick 15-20 minute experiences – others will last up to an hour or more.
As our festival grows, so does the breadth & depth of activities. Every year we add new activities into the mix and expand the capacity of all other activities. In short we do all we can to minimise any queues ahead of the festival! With over 100 activities to choose from any queuing is short lived!
Some activities such as yoga & Nurf do allow you to use your own kit, however, the majority of activities include everything required.
For on-site activities, if the child is age-approprite, it is not compulsory for an adult to accompany a child. For off-site activities, an adult must participate with the child. More information regarding age restrictions is available per activity.

We found our turn-up and enjoy system works very well so this will remain on the majority of activities for 2024. We have over 100 free activities and there is a range of premium activities which can be pre-booked, this means that you do not need to queue for these activities. The whole ethos of Gone Wild is about getting out there in the elements and rewilding & the weather, be it good or bad it is all part and parcel of the experience. Having said that, do plan for all weather conditions and ensure that your camping equipment is in good working order.

We have lots of toilets throughout all campsites and the general festival site. We suggest you will never be more than 5 minutes away from a toilet on site and far less than this in the campsite areas.Â
In order to camp next to friends your best bet is to plan to arrive together when the festival starts. Unless you are booking tents in camping plus, pre-pitched tents, and in that case you must make sure to book together not book separately. This way you will be allocated pitches together.
The main stage music will finish no later than 11, but other venues will continue until around 12.15am.
It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the main arena. Please note that walking times can increase at peak times and distance depends on where you are camping. We advise you to plan accordingly.

Exit time is Midnight, when all music has finished & security will ask you to leave the venue.

You must be over 18 and have proof of age to purchase alcohol at the bars. If you look under 25 you might still be asked for ID. If you are aged between 18 – 23 years then we recommend you bring proof of age to guarantee entry to the festival.

There are lots of ticket options available from weekend camping tickets for adults and kids of any age to the multiple accommodation upgrades on offer. Just click on the relevant tab on the tickets page to find out more. You can purchase upgrades using the payment plan, but you can’t add to an existing payment plan so you will need to set up a new payment plan in this case.  If you have purchased tickets you can download your e-ticket from your confirmation email or visit our website to access your tickets via our My GW page. Your payment plan ticket will be sent to you on the completion of your plan.
Processing fees are paid for by the event organiser to the ticketing company. These fees cover the ticketing company’s administration costs, bank fees, and any cost related to processing an online payment. Booking fees are added on top of the advertised ticket price and are usually paid by the customer.

Yes – all tickets are E-Tickets, therefore printing is not necesary. And we encourange you not to print tickets where posiible to reduce waste.

Your payment plan ticket will be sent to you on completion of your payment plan. Additionally, you will be able to log into your Gone Wild account to access these once the final payment has been made.
Customers who wish to purchase tickets via a payment plan and also apply for carer tickets can still apply via the ‘carer ticket’ form. However, you should only apply for this once your payment plan has finished. Please do not purchase the ticket you wish to be a carer ticket through the payment plan as we will not be able to refund this. To access a carers ticket, a payment for a full price ticket must be recieved in full. Once the payment plan has finished and these tickets have been issued, a carer’s ticket will follow.

Please find this at Carer Ticket Application Form To be eligible for a carers ticket, an application must be accompanied by a full-priced ticket for the person who requires assistance. Once your payment is complete, including full completion of payment plans, you can apply for a carer’s ticket. We will then issue the carer ticket once we have proof that you have purchased a ticket for the person/child that needs assistance, or that the payment plan is complete.

More informationIf you have purchased tickets you can download your e-ticket from your confirmation email. You will then exchange your e-ticket for your festival wristband when you arrive at the festival during the following times:
Thursday 0800hrs – 2100hrs
Friday 0800hrs – 2100hrs
Saturday 0700hrs – 1200hrs
Once you have your wristband you can come and go as you please outside of these times. Please note, if you are a campervan ticket holder of a park and pitch ticket holder, it is advised to only use your vehicle in a medical emergancy. Doing so for other purposes may compromise your re-entry to the festival.
1 weekend VIP ticket per person at £145+ booking fee a ticket. VIP packages include access to a fast track entrance lane for queues, VIP activity options, luxury loos, premium food vendors, comp tea and coffee. VIP packages a lso include a private view of the main stage, a private bar and garden, and premuim drinks service. VIP tickets must be purchased 1 per person/ticket with the exception of infants aged 0-1 (baby in parents’ arms.)

More informationThe weekend camping ticket includes entrance into Gone Wild Festival from Thursday 8th August until Sunday 11th August and also includes four nights camping in the festivals general campsite. Your ticket grants access to a large amount of activities across the festival – including workshops and talks, as well as the live music. This is with the exception of premium activities that will need to be booked and paid for seperately withat the time or after purchasing tickets. All activities available are listed on our website.

Yes, VIP needs to be purchased on every ticket you want to upgrade including children. This includes if you have purchased a Kids Go Free ticket option. Infants aged 0-1 (babes in parents arms) are the only exception to this rule.
